// Emmanuel Whajah
AGE: 30
POSITION: FOUNDER
PROFESSION: CREATIVE DIRECTOR & PHOTOGRAPHER
Emmanuel Whajah, born in August 1993 in Hanover, Germany, began his career as a video producer and dancer. In addition to working with major artists like Chris Brown, Burna Boy, Jason Derulo, Keke Palmer, Les Twins, and many more, Emmanuel had a passion for filming his footballer friends.
When Kofi, a close friend, and his younger brother David Whajah played for VfL Wolfsburg’s U-16 team, Emmanuel would always tell them he’d document their journey so that one day, when they became professionals, there would be a record of their story. Years later, after Kofi made it as a pro, the two decided to share their experiences and turned their motivational saying into a full-fledged agency.
In 2022, Emmanuel launched "Play The Game," a content production initiative that creates campaigns for athletes and brands. The agency has worked with top athletes like Leroy Sane, Jamal Musiala, Moise Kean, and Weston McKennie, producing content for major brands like Nike. Today, Emmanuel and his team continue to bring athletes’ dreams to life through visual storytelling.
